Lady Dissonance

Disconcerting contrast was the theme here. I chose to make the lithe chrome figure very robotic and stiff, while the rusted iron tentacle is fluid and sinuous. Looking back, the chrome needed to reflect the rusted iron quite a bit more. Every painting is a learning process...
