The Calm

This would be the storm that follows the calm. I loved the mix of the American Revolution with the Cthulhu Mythos in this story, and am pleased with my interpretation of the creature. Lovecraft's horrors, powerful in the imagination, are notoriously hard to depict visually without them becoming a little goofy. |
